When Brothers Speak: Up From the Roots [Canada]:
'When Brothers Speak is the largest event of its kind in North America and has returned for its 6th year. When Brothers Speak features six of the best spoken word poets sharing the stage in an evening of literary excitement, where words originally written on the page take on new life. This is no ordinary poetry show...

'Last year, close to one thousand people from Toronto and neighbouring cities witnessed the fifth anniversary of the show. The lineup for this year has just been announced and features a good mix of the top artists in North America. Toronto will be represented by Eddy The Original One, originally from Ottawa, as well as show producer, Dwayne Morgan, who will be launching his 10 year anniversary double album, A Decade In The Making.
