Third annual Sengebau poetry competition set [Northern Mariana Islands]:
Junior high and high school students from around the Commonwealth are set to compete in the 3rd Annual Valentine Sengebau Poetry Contest to be held at the Multi-Purpose Center on Friday, Feb. 24, from 3:30 to 5pm.

This event, sponsored by the NMI Council for the Humanities, honors the late Valentine Sengebau, a long-time Palauan resident of the Commonwealth and well known poet. It is a part of the Council's efforts to foster local literary capabilities. [...]
