[...] the Elizabeth Bishop Society of Nova Scotia ... is hosting its annual meeting Saturday and, along with the Great Village Historical Society will also hold a ribbon-cutting at 2 p.m. for an outdoor display celebrating the poet’s life, work and connection to Nova Scotia.[...]The museum exhibit will be accompanied by a series of public talks in July, August and September, focusing on Bishop in Brazil, readings of her poetry and her time on Sable Island.
