Poetry news, poetry blogs, poetry magazines, poetry journals, poetry sites, poetry links, etc.

Is anyone out there using torrent software to distribute poetry books or magazines or recordings of poetry readings?

Downloading a torrent (of music, movies, etc.) is easy. Uploading looks pretty easy, too, but I don't see anyone doing it.
